Terms of Use
Effective August 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of goodsignal.com, including any related webpages, forms, content, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Good Signal, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Good Signal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Good Signal
Good Signal provides recruiting, talent sourcing, candidate research, talent advisory, and related services to companies and individuals.
Your use of the Site does not, by itself, create an employment relationship, recruiter-client relationship, agency relationship, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship with Good Signal.
Recruiting engagements between Good Signal and clients may be governed by separate written agreements. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.
2. No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring
Good Signal may research potential candidates, identify potential matches, introduce candidates and employers, and facilitate recruiting processes.
Good Signal does not guarantee:
- that a candidate will receive an interview, job offer, or employment;
- that an employer will interview or hire any particular candidate;
- that any opportunity will remain available;
- that any candidate will be suitable for a particular role;
- that information supplied by candidates, employers, public sources, or other third parties is complete, accurate, or current; or
- any particular outcome from use of the Site or our services.
Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions. Candidates are responsible for deciding whether to pursue or accept an opportunity.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Good Signal is not the employer of candidates identified, contacted, or introduced through our services.
Illustrative Figures. Any statistics, metrics, or example figures displayed on the Site, including figures describing a typical search, are illustrative only. They describe a representative example, are not a representation of past performance, and are not a promise or guarantee of results for any particular role, search, or engagement.
3. Information You Provide
You may provide information to Good Signal through the Site or in communications with us, including:
- your name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- employer or company;
- job title;
- résumé or CV;
- LinkedIn or other professional profile;
- professional experience;
- career interests;
- hiring or recruiting needs;
- information about an open position; and
- other information you choose to provide.
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it to us.
If you provide information concerning another individual, you represent that you have the right or appropriate authority to provide that information where required by applicable law.
Please do not submit highly sensitive information through general Site forms unless specifically requested by Good Signal. For example, do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, medical records, or government identification numbers through a general inquiry form.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Employer and Client Inquiries
If you submit your contact information through the Site, including by selecting “Talk about a role,” you authorize Good Signal to contact you regarding your inquiry and your company's recruiting, hiring, or talent needs.
We may use the information you provide to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- learn about your recruiting needs;
- discuss potential roles or searches;
- schedule conversations or meetings;
- provide information regarding Good Signal's recruiting services; and
- communicate about a potential or existing recruiting engagement.
Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you or your organization to retain Good Signal.
Commercial terms relating to recruiting engagements—including fees, payment terms, exclusivity, candidate ownership, replacement provisions, and similar matters—will be governed by the applicable agreement between Good Signal and the client.
5. Candidate Research and Outreach
Good Signal may research and contact professionals who we believe may be relevant to particular employment opportunities.
You do not need to have applied for a position, contacted Good Signal, or created an account with us for Good Signal to identify you as a prospective candidate.
Good Signal may obtain professional information and professional contact information from publicly available or other lawful sources.
If we believe your background may be relevant to an opportunity, a Good Signal recruiter may contact you regarding:
- a particular employment opportunity;
- potentially relevant future employment opportunities;
- your professional background or interests; or
- an existing recruiting process or relationship with Good Signal.
If you tell us that you do not want further recruiting outreach from Good Signal, we will take reasonable steps to honor that request. We may retain limited information necessary to record and honor your preference.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
Good Signal may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated tools, and other technologies to assist our recruiting activities.
Such tools may assist with tasks including:
- researching potential candidates;
- organizing professional information;
- identifying experience, qualifications, or skills;
- identifying potential matches between professionals and opportunities;
- summarizing information;
- prioritizing recruiting research; and
- supporting recruiting workflows.
Automated tools may produce incomplete or inaccurate results and do not guarantee that an individual is or is not appropriate for any particular position.
A Good Signal recruiter reviews each prospective candidate’s professional background before Good Signal makes contact. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions.
7. Communications
Employer Communications
If you submit your information through the Site or otherwise ask Good Signal to contact you, we may communicate with you regarding your inquiry, recruiting needs, potential searches, or an existing business relationship.
Candidate Communications
Good Signal may contact selected professionals regarding employment opportunities using professional contact information that the individual has provided, made publicly available, or that Good Signal has otherwise obtained lawfully.
Good Signal does not use candidate contact information to send general consumer marketing newsletters.
You may ask us to stop recruiting outreach at any time by replying to our communication or contacting hello@goodsignal.com.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular features of the Site, constitute the agreement between you and Good Signal concerning your use of the Site.
